Welcare Industries SpA, a fast-growing industrial reality at national and international level in the Medical Device, PMC and Cosmetics sector with HQ and production sites in Orvieto (TR), is looking for a Senior Buyer. The resource will be in charge of planning purchases on the basis of the company's requirements and the needs of the supply chain, in order to guarantee the efficiency of procurement processes and at the same time ensure a saving in the relevant budget. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the resource will be responsible for the following activities in three different areas of competence

PURCHASES:

- Issuing production purchase orders in the management system;

- Issuing in the management system of purchase orders for goods and services following purchase requests from users and after the appropriate checks;

- receipt, verification and loading of order confirmations;

- search for new suppliers and entry of new supplier master data in the management system;

- definition and maintenance of supplier price lists in the management system;

- negotiating purchasing conditions with suppliers;

- management of relations with suppliers and management of disputes (non-conformities, supply discrepancies) and complaints;

- creation of article codes for new components in the management system;

SUPPORT FOR THE PRODUCTION PLAN:

- support in the execution of the production plan defined by the Production and Sales Departments, ensuring the arrival and availability of the necessary materials on time;

- support in the implementation of the production plan, providing material availability data.

WAREHOUSE:

- Responsibility for managing warehouse levels (finished product, raw material, etc.);

- control of warehouse stocks and their valuation;

- drawing up the warehouse inventory, in cooperation with the warehouse manager, and any adjustments;

- maintaining the stock level in the warehouse (for materials managed with stock levels and/or reorder points).

REQUIRED:

- degree in economics or other equivalent disciplines;

- excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;

- excellent knowledge of the English language;

- ability to work in a team and problem solving, proactivity and result orientation.

The work location is in Orvieto (TR).

Full-time working hours (CCNL applied: Abbigliamento e Confezioni Aziende Industriali).

Procacciatori di Affari inseriti nel settore Medical Device o Farmaceutico con le seguenti caratteristiche:

- portafoglio clienti ben avviato
- ben inserito nel canale ospedaliero e nei canali di distribuzione intermedia (rivenditori, grossisti).
